Fundraising
Funding for schools from central government has reduced in recent years and remains very challenging. The cost-of-living crisis will be with us for the foreseeable future, but your children only have one chance to get the best educational experience possible.
School Fund
Over the years the School Fund has enabled BCJS to provide an enhanced educational experience for your children. With limited budgets, this income stream has become more and more vital to enable the school to purchase the resources it needs.
Thanks to previous donations, the school has been able to buy extra laptops, iPads, reading books and other helpful resources that we would not otherwise have been able to afford via normal government school allocations. Many items purchased via this School Fund benefited both current and future students.
Therefore, whether you pay £5, £10, £50 or even £100, all donations to this School Fund and/or the Amazon Wish List will be gratefully received by the teachers, staff and, of course, the pupils.
