Ordering the meals

School lunches are to be ordered using the website School Grid. 

We use fresh supplies in all our meals. This means we must know which ingredients need to be ordered before the actual day of the meal being prepared and served. You are able to order school meals weeks in advance, however if you are ordering on the same day, the cutoff for ordering is 9am. 

Paying for and booking meals.

The lunch service is freshly bought & prepared, with the aim of encouraging the children to eat and enjoy their lunch. The current price of a lunch is £2.78 unless you are entitled to Free School Meals - If you believe you are entitled to FSM, please contact the school office to complete the eligibility form. 

When you are ordering your meals, you will need to login to the School Grid website and select the 'Order Meals' button at the top of the page. From here, you are able to select your child's meal choice.

FAQs

My child will be absent from school and I have booked them a school meal, what should I do?

If you have pre-ordered your child a meal and they become sick, are attending a school trip or unable to come into school, please ensure you have cancelled their booked meal on the School Grid website before 9am. Failure to do so will result in you still being charged as per School Grid's cancellation policy.
