School Lunches from September 2021 PDF Small 3school meals


When joining the school you will be issued with a letter and a code detailing how to set up payments for lunches.  All lunches need to be paid for via ParentPay - cash will not be accepted. Paying for your child’s meals is very important and time-sensitive.  All meals are to be ordered at least a week in advance and no later than Midnight the Wednesday before.  You must have a balance or be able to pay the cost of your selection when choosing your child's lunch, parents are no longer able to accrue debts.  If you fail to keep advance payments for lunches you will not be able to order and will have to supply a packed lunch.

If you are registered for Free School Meals, you will still need to select your child's lunches via ParentPay but will not require to have a balance.

To help you to manage your payments you can set up an alert on ParentPay to let you know when your balance is running low :

Log-on with your user and password.

On the Home Page, at the top right hand corner of the screen, click on ‘Edit your Profile.

On the left hand side of the screen, find ‘View email Profile Box’ and click on ‘Alert Settings’

Scroll down to Banstead Community Junior School meals and ‘Balance Alert’, and place in ‘Threshold Box’ £6.00 and tick ‘email alert’ (do not tick ‘text alert’ as this will be chargeable to you – email is free).

Click on save at bottom of page. (may take 24hrs to activate).
